FIXED PRICE DESIGN PACKAGES
My pricing system is open and transparent. Every aspect of your project - from professional design fees to fittings and fixtures - is costed before any work commences and you will receive an itemised breakdown of costs so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Once your design is completed, it is yours, and you are welcome to seek alternative quotes from Cabinetmakers or Builders for production and installation.
My services and fees are outlined below:

Initial Consultation
Each project begins with a 1 - 2 hour in-home or on-site meeting to discuss your needs and requirements, your budget, your style preferences and conduct a site measure.
During this meeting, I'll assess whether I can deliver the results you’re looking for within your budget. If it’s not feasible, I’ll let you know up-front to save you time and avoid unnecessary costs.

Detailed Design Package
STEP 1:
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENTFrom the brief created at our Initial Consultation, up to 3 concept designs are created to explore layouts, materials and colours, and to determine what is possible within your budget.
STEP 2:
COLOUR & MATERIAL SELECTIONSI bring samples to your home or meet you at supplier showrooms to help you select the best products, materials, finishes and colours for your project.
STEP 3:
DETAILED DESIGN & DOCUMENTATIONA complete set of Working Drawings and Documentation for your custom design are compiled.
STEP 4:
PROJECT PRICINGOnce your custom design is approved by you, a comprehensive Project Costing Estimate is compiled with quotes obtained from my network of trades.
Kitchen - $2,750 (inc. GST)*
Laundry - $1,650 (inc. GST)*
Bathroom - $1,650 (inc. GST)*

This is the fun part - watching your dream turn into a reality!
I work with a team of meticulous trades to make the site preparation and installation process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Within weeks, you will be enjoying your beautiful new space.
