Design Package Inclusions

Australian contemporary coastal style bathroom.
Kitchen designer.

STEP 1:
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Based on the brief created at our Initial Consultation, up to 3 concept designs are created to explore layouts, materials and colours, and to determine what is possible within your budget.

Initial Design Concepts are generated in 3D and presented as a virtual fly-through to give you a feel for each of the concept designs.

Each concept explored is accompanied by a floor plan and rendered illustrations depicting materials and colours.

STEP 2:
COLOUR & MATERIAL SELECTIONS

I bring samples to your home or meet you at supplier showrooms to help you select the best products, materials, finishes and colours for your project.

Your selections will be incorporated into a Project Specification Schedule for clear communication to suppliers and tradespeople.

STEP 3:
DETAILED DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION

A complete set of Working Drawings for your custom design are created, including:

  • Detailed Floor Plan and Elevations

  • Comprehensive Cabinetry Plans with detailed depiction of internal cabinetry layout and dimensions of cabinets, shelves, drawers, pull-outs, bins and other accessories, as well as external joinery detail, such as profiles of cabinet fronts, other decorative details, benchtop design and edging details and handle positions.

  • 3D Material Renders depicting chosen materials and finishes.

  • A Specification Schedule outlining products, fittings and fixtures, materials, colours & finishes

  • Specialised Trade Plans if required (including Lighting, Electrical & Plumbing Plans).

STEP 4:
