Initial Design Concepts are generated in 3D and presented as a virtual fly-through to give you a feel for each of the concept designs.

Each concept explored is accompanied by a floor plan and rendered illustrations depicting materials and colours.

*Fee is based on the brief created during our Initial Consultation and includes allowance for 1 set of variations following Client feedback.
